How do I begin?
Every piece starts with a consultation — a private conversation about what you need and when you need it. You may request one here.
How long does a piece take?
Haute couture commissions require 8–16 weeks depending on the piece. Corsets are ready to wear and ship within 5–8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Corsets ship anywhere we can reach safely. Couture pieces require fittings in Cairo; we can arrange travel fittings for bridal commissions on a case-by-case basis.
What sizes are available?
Couture pieces are made to your exact measurements. Corsets are available in S, M and L — see our sizing guide for details.
What is the consultation fee?
The haute couture consultation fee is 1,000 EGP. It is non-refundable but fully deductible from your commission if you proceed.
Can I visit without an appointment?
The atelier is by appointment only. This ensures each client receives undivided attention. Request an appointment here.
How do I care for my piece?
Each piece is delivered with care instructions specific to its fabric. We recommend professional dry cleaning and storing in the provided garment bag away from direct sunlight.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept InstaPay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Cairo and New Cairo only). Full payment details are provided at checkout.
Can I return a corset?
Corsets may be returned unworn, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Couture and made-to-order commissions cannot be returned.
Do you offer bridal packages?
Yes. Our bridal packages include skin care by Lola and jewellery by Iram, both redeemable with your commission. Learn more under Bridal Services.
